It may be getting warmer down in the lower elevations, but we are holding our own. High of 39 tomorrow will be our highest and then our temps are going back down and snow in the forecast for this weekend as well.
Remember we are 4000 feet higher than Rapid City and Spearfish and 1500 feet higher than Lead, that is why we hold our snow. Our ground is good and cold and holds the snow. You may not see much for snow until you go by Cheyenne Crossing and then it continues to build.
We are looking for part time help for our winter season if anyone is interested, please call 605-584-3464.
