We will be open on Monday, May 18, 2020 for business. Looking forward to seeing everyone again! We will follow the CDC guidelines and do social distancing. You can dine inside or carry out. You will not be allowed to enter the building for the obvious reasons…..if you have a fever, cough, not feeling well, positive to COVID 19 or exposed to COVID 19. Thank you and we look forward to this summer season!
We are currently closed due to the COVID-19. We are still taking reservations for UTV’s and cabins. The UTV season is scheduled to start on May 15, if it isn’t too wet. If we don’t answer when you call, just leave a message on our machine with your name, phone # and a brief note and we will get back to you. You can book the cabins on line if you like.
Stay safe and healthy!
We only got an inch of new snow last night. Not sure on everyone else, how much they received. Trails are still about 4 feet deep up around us. Trails are still being groomed. Temps will be in the upper 30s over the weekend. More snow in the forecast for next week.
If anyone is interested, we are selling our rental sleds after the season. You would need to call 605-584-3464 or stop by and put $500 down per sled, if you want to hold any, otherwise they will be sold as a fleet after April 1st. We have some on hold already to individuals. We will not be selling any after April 1st to individuals. They will be sold as a fleet to someone else, so if you are interested, you need to call or stop by before April 1st and put your money down, if you want any. You may pick them up anytime from April 1st to the 5th, or make arrangements. We have 2018 Arctic Cat Lynx 2000 (singles) for $2000 each with around 6000 – 9000 miles on them and 2018 Lynx 2000 LT (Doubles) for $2500 each with the same miles.
Trails still have a lot of snow on them up and around us. They are still being groomed and will be so up to the 31st, as temperatures and snow allow them. The temperatures are going to be down now today and tomorrow and be in the upper 30’s over the weekend. We are supposed to get some snow tonight and chances for several days next week as well. We are still renting snowmobiles through the 31st of March.
We will remain open through the end of the season (March 31st) and through the first weekend of April. After that, we will close at sometime for cleaning and more renovations. You may still call and leave a message, if we don’t answer, if you are interested in making UTV or cabin reservations for the future. UTV trails don’t open until May 15, if they are not delayed due to wetness.
2 inches of new snow yesterday/last night. 4-5 inches towards Lead and probably more or the same towards Mt Meadow. Trails are still good. They are a thin in the usual spots. There is still a lot of snow out there. The snow has set up. It may be hard in the morning, but as the day goes on, it softens up. There is still untouched snow, you just have to go over a few ridges. The snow is still soft in the shaded and protected areas.
Bigger system coming through next week around Thursday. Will keep this page posted and our FB page on what happens. Temps will continue to be in the 20s and 30s for the next 14 days.
Trails are groomed nightly and will continue to be groomed up to the 31st as long as the temperatures and snow will allow it.
Still a lot of snow out there. That isn’t an issue for our trail system up around us. Temps are coming back down some. Wednesday will be our warmest in the low 40’s and then 20s and 30s for the next 14 days. Snow is in the forecast, starting Wednesday night through Friday and then again Sunday (15th) through Wednesday (18th). That is the forecast as of today.
Trails remain open through March 31st. They will continue to groom the trails if the temperatures are low enough for them to work the snow.

Just a heads up, both of our plows are down, we are in the process of fixing the them and trying to buy a new one, at this point, the lot across the road from us is NOT plowed, but people have been able to get in and out of there yet at this point. There is another lot a mile down the road across from Hardy Guard Station if you would like to park there.
Trails are still in awesome shape. They got a little rough over the weekend with all the traffic, but we received some new snow, 3 plus inches on Sunday night into Monday, which helped to repair them. We are supposed to get more snow today and into tomorrow and possibly a big system moving through next week. Temps in the 20s this week and into the 30s over this coming weekend. We have gotten 2 feet of snow since Feb 3rd.
We were predicted to get 1 inch of snow yesterday (Monday) and ended up with 5 inches of new snow. We have a chance of 3 to 6 inches tonight (Tuesday) through Wednesday. Temps will be in the teens and 20’s. So far, Saturday looks beautiful with a high of 23 and mostly sunny for the Governor’s Ride. Chance of more snow Friday, Sunday and Monday.
The trails are in awesome shape! They are still groomed nightly. All the riders can’t believe how much snow we have!
